TO REDUCE OUR

ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT

Waste fabric from our garments is recycled to make bags and rugs. We also have garments which are made from recycled sari fabric. We have strived to change the dyes used by our suppliers, and we now use AZO FREE dye. Some of our ranges use natural based dyes.

Natural Fabrics

We use natural fibres for 95% of our products, mostly cottons. Three years ago we introduced an organic cotton range, which is much better for the local environment where cotton is farmed.

Natural Dyes

• Environmental choice in dying and therefore environment friendly. Makes use of natural materials that are easily obtainable in the producers environment. Fuel costs are reduced and time is saved by having necessary ingredients available close by.
• Non-toxic & non allergic hazard free for skin.
• Colours are longer lasting and have good resistance to moth attacks.
