Post & Packing
We charge a one off postage and packing fee per order as follows:

Money back Guarantee
All goods may be returned within 7 days of delivery without reason,
providing that they are in the perfect condition that they were
delivered in.
Orders are normally processed within 2-3 working days of receipt
and dispatched by post either 1st class (UK) or airmail. You will
receive Order Confirmation
Notification of any damaged items,shortages or other discrepencies
must be received within 7 days of delivery.
Terms and Conditions of Sale (in
full)
In order to comply with the European Union (EU) Directive on Distance
Selling, which is incorporated into UK law by The Consumer Protection
(Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, the following Terms & Conditions
must be agreed to before buying any of our products or services.

Payment
All prices are in £ sterling. Payment can currently be made by credit card, cheque, or PO. (Please do not send cash). Cheques will require standard clearing period (usually 3 working days) before goods are despatched. Your credit card details will be processed through our nominated handling company Ogone Secure Payment which provides 'instant online ordering".
All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Order Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days after receiving your products without giving a reason providing the material is returned to us in perfect condition. The 7 working day cancellation period begins the day after receipt of the goods. You will however have to pay the cost of returning the goods to us. We reserve the right to assess whether goods returned are in the same, perfect condition they were sold and delivered in. If you have decided to cancel your order, or wish to return your goods to Nomads Clothing, we will refund your credit card within 30 days of cancellation.
What is your Returns Policy?
Any item can be returned using our FREE returns service (UK only)
within 14 days, for a refund or an exchange.

If you are unhappy with our service or product, in the first instance
you should e-mail, or write to us. Contact details are provided
below. We will endeavour to respond to all complaints within three
days.
Data Protection Act
We are committed to protecting your privacy as much as we would
our own. We will only use the information that we collect about
you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and
according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Conduct. We will not
e-mail you in the future unless it is requested or directly related
to your purchase of our goods, or a reply. We will not pass your
e-mail address or any personal information to any third party.
