If an item is in stock you can order it for immediate despatch. We will endeavour to send out your order as quickly as possible. Orders are usually despatched within 2 working days and you should receive your order within 10 working days. If there are any problems with your order, we will do our best to rectify the situation as soon as possible.

What is "Mail Me When in Stock" button Back to Top

This feature is only displayed for New Items yet to arrive or Items temporarily out of stock. Clicking this displays a form for the item requesting your email address before submitting. Customers will be emailed when this item arrives in our warehouse as stock and becomes available to order.

How do I order on-line? Back to Top

It is virtually impossible to place an order by mistake. An on-line order can be easily added to, edited or deleted so experiment & play around with the system until you are familiar and happy with it.
Once you have decided to order an item click
This item is added to a list file that resides on your computer, known as a 'cookie'.
Whenever you click this file is displayed and can be edited
This can be done by clicking either to add 1 to the number ordered or to subtract 1 from the number ordered. If the total is reduced to 0 then that item is deleted from the order.
Clicking clears all orders for a fresh start.
When you are happy that the list shows what you wish to order click
Next select either or if you are ordering from the UK.
You are now at the Checkout stage where you are asked for your personal details.
If you want to change your order you can still go back and start again
By clicking
a printable invoice style summary is displayed. Also by clicking this you will place your order but you are placed under no obliquation unless it is paid for.

This is done by clicking and proceeding to the final payment step.

Nomads have acquired the services of Ogone On-Line Payment Solutions in association with Barclays Bank to ensure state of the art secure credit card payments.

Therfore security is effectively controlled and modified to the Banks & Card companies requirements while Nomads neither collects nor stores any of the cardholders card details.
