We are Nomads Clothing Ltd, a clothing company registered in England and Wales under company number 04054875 and with our registered office at Suite 26 Atlas House, West Devon Business Park, Tavistock, PL19 9DP. Our VAT number is GB 620 5296 60.
Changing or Cancelling
To change or cancel your order before receipt of the Dispatch Confirmation, please email us at [email protected] alternatively if you wish to speak to one of our Customer Service Team then call us at 01566 777567.
Returns and Exchanges
If you would like to return an item then please do so within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Goods should be returned with proof of purchase, using our free returns service, making sure it's unused and good as new in its original packaging with all info tags still attached. When using our FREE returns service please obtain a proof of purchase and retain this until we have issued the refund. Without this we cannot process a refund if we do not receive the returned item
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
Online Gift Cards
Nomads gift cards can only be purchased and redeemed online at www.nomadsclothing.com. Gift cards are available from a minimum value of £10 to a maximum value of £150. Discount codes cannot be used when purchasing gift cards. Nomads gift cards are valid for 24months from the purchase date. After 24 consecutive months the gift card will expire and the balance on the card will be lost.
Gift cards can be used to purchase any products on www.nomadsclothing.com including sale items. To use a gift card, simply login to your account on www.nomadsclothing.com and the gift card balance will be stored and ready to use.
If you would like to spend your gift card on something that costs more than the gift card value, you will simply need to pay the difference. If you'd like to spend your Nomads gift card on something that costs less than the gift card value, the amount of your purchase will be deducted and you can then use the remaining balance for future purchases. We are not able to give change.
Nomads gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase further gift cards. If you would like to refund or exchange something purchased with a gift card, our standard refund policy will apply, with the balance being refunded to the gift card. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Our Returns Policy
We want you to feel completely happy with your Nomads products. Our clothing and accessories are made with great care by highly skilled artisans. Over the last few years, we have worked closely with our Fair Trade producers to improve the fit, quality and style of our products. We listen carefully to feedback from customers and are continually working to improve our service.
If you are not satisfied with the fit, style or quality of a product when it arrives, there is no problem. You can return or exchange an item 14 days of receipt. We will give you back the amount you paid for the item, or offer an exchange, whichever you prefer. Please note, as many of our products are made by hand, slight variations in size, colour or print are normal. You also have the right to cancel your purchase entirely if you let us know in writing within 7 days of receipt and return all the items. If you cancel your purchase in this way under the Distance Selling regulation, we will refund your total purchase amount.
HOW TO RETURN
Wrap the unused item securely in its original package. Complete the FREE Returns Form (UK only) supplied with your delivery and enclose in the package. Can't find the Returns Form? Please call Customer Service, where a member of the Team will be able to send a replacement out to you. To exchange a product, please fill in the details for the exchange on the Returns Form. We appreciate any feedback that you may have about a product, so please be sure to fill in the returns form in full.
Please send all returns to the free post address provided on the Returns Form (UK only).
RETURNS OF INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If an item you have purchased is unsatisfactory, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for refund of the cost of your goods. Goods are returned to Nomads at your expense unless the goods are faulty.

We do try to ensure that we have good stock availability of all products. However, some goods may sell faster than we predict. If the item you have ordered is not in stock, we will do our best to get it for you as quickly as possible. If we cannot get the item we will cancel your order immediately and let you know by email.
If we can get the item, but cannot deliver it to you within our delivery policy, we will email you with the option to cancel your order.
Price and Payment
The price of the Products and our delivery charges will be as quoted on our site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error.
Nomads uses Sage Pay to process payments, Nomads neither collects or stores any details pertaining to the card holder. Payments can be made using credit and debit cards. We accept payment with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron and Visa Debit cards.
In addition you are always able to use your PayPal account in order to pay for garments.
You can only see our price list in sterling, but we accept card payments from anywhere in the world.

We will not charge your credit or debit card, or collect payment by PayPal, until we despatch your order.
All prices are shown in sterling and include 20% VAT on adult’s clothing and 0% VAT on gift vouchers. If you are ordering from outside the UK and European Union or from the Channel Islands the price you pay, which does not include VAT will be shown at the Checkout.
Product prices and delivery charges are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.
If you are ordering from outside the UK or European Union, your order will be supplied VAT free and a copy of your ex VAT receipt will be despatched with your goods. Local import duties and taxes may be payable when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined.
We warrant to you that any Product purchased from us through our site will, on delivery, conform in all material respects with its description, be of satisfactory quality, and be reasonably fit for all the purposes for which products of that kind are commonly supplied.
Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of our products on this web site are correct. However, whilst the colour reproduction is an extremely close representation, a slight variation in the actual goods can occur.
The Contract Between Us
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Product has been dispatched (Dispatch Confirmation). The Contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation and will relate only to those Products whose dispatch we have confirmed in the Dispatch Confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other Products which may have been part of your order until the dispatch of such Products has been confirmed in a separate Dispatch Confirmation.
Shipping and Delivery
We charge a one off postage and packaging fee per order as follows;
UK Next Day £7.00 for orders placed Monday to Thursday before 1pm.
Rest of World £12.00
Despite our best efforts, items in our online shop may occasionally be mispriced. We verify prices as part of our despatch procedures and if an item’s correct price is lower than the price shown online, we will charge you the lower amount and send you the item. If the item’s correct price is higher than the price shown online, we will contact you for instructions before despatch. We cannot confirm the price until you order.
In the event of you having a complaint or problem with any aspect of our service or the products we offer, please telephone us on 01566 777567. We take all complaints extremely seriously and we will try to rectify any problem quickly and effectively.

All complaints will be acknowledged within 2 working days and will be resolved as soon as possible. We will always keep you informed throughout the process of resolving your complaint and we will keep the details of your complaint confidential. We always welcome feedback from our customers and are continually looking at ways to improve our products and service.
RISK AND TITLE
The Products will be your responsibility from the time of delivery.
Ownership of the Products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges.
Applicable laws require that some of the information or communications we send to you should be in writing. When using our site, you accept that communication with us will be mainly electronic. We will contact you by email or provide you with information by posting notices on our website. For contractual purposes, you agree to this electronic means of communication and you acknowledge that all contracts, notices, information and other communications that we provide to you electronically comply with any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
All notices given by you to us must be given to us at Nomads Clothing, Priory Yard, Launceston PL15 8HU or by email at [email protected] We may give notice to you at either the e-mail or postal address you provide to us when placing an order. Notice will be deemed received and properly served immediately when posted on our website, 24 hours after an e-mail is sent, or three days after the date of posting of any letter. In proving the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove, in the case of a letter, that such letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post and, in the case of an email, that such email was sent to the specified email address of the addressee.
TRANSFER OF RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
The contract between you and us is binding on you and us and on our respective successors and assignees. You may not transfer, assign, charge or otherwise dispose of a Contract, or any of your rights or obligations arising under it, without our prior written consent. We may transfer, assign, charge, sub-contract or otherwise dispose of a Contract, or any of our rights or obligations arising under it, at any time during the term of the Contract.
EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control. Our performance under any Contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the event outside our control continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the Contract may be performed despite the event.
If we fail, at any time during the term of a Contract, to insist upon strict performance of any of your obligations under the Contract or any of these terms and conditions, or if we fail to exercise any of the rights or remedies to which we are entitled under the Contract, this will not constitute a waiver of such rights or remedies and will not relieve you from compliance with such obligations.
A waiver by us of any default will not constitute a waiver of any subsequent default.
No waiver by us of any of these terms and conditions will be effective unless it is expressly stated to be a waiver and is communicated to you in writing.
If any court or competent authority decides that any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions or any provisions of a Contract are invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, the term will, to that extent only, be severed from the remaining terms, which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These Terms and Conditions and any document expressly referred to in them constitute the whole agreement between us and supersede all previous discussions, correspondence, negotiations, previous arrangement, understanding or agreement between us relating to the subject matter of any Contract.
We each acknowledge that, in entering into a Contract, neither of us relies on any representation or warranty (whether made innocently or negligently) that is not set out in these terms and conditions or the documents referred to in them.
Each of us agrees that our only liability in respect of those representations and warranties that are set out in this agreement (whether made innocently or negligently) will be for breach of contract.
Nothing in this clause limits or excludes any liability for fraud.
OUR RIGHT TO VARY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time. You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time that you order products from us, unless any change to those policies or these terms and conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you), or if we notify you of the change to those policies or these terms and conditions before we send you the order confirmation (in which case we have the right to assume that you have accepted the change to the terms and conditions, unless you notify us to the contrary within seven working days of receipt by you of the Products).
LAW AND JURISDICTION
Contracts for the purchase of Products through our site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by English law. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with such Contracts or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
THIRD PARTY RIGHTS
A person who is not party to these terms and conditions or a Contract shall not have any rights under or in connection with them under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
The winner will be selected randomly from all entries on Facebook and Twitter combined.
The winner will be contacted via Facebook or Twitter.
The prize must be chosen from current available stock up to the prize value.
There is no cash substitution available for this prize.
This competition is not open to Nomads employees.
The competition ends midnight UK time on date specified on competition.
The prize winner must claim their prize within one month of being notified.
